We love breakfast in our house! This quick and easy recipe is one of our favorites! I make it a few times a year especially when we have out of town guests.
Here is what you’ll need:
1 package of crescent rolls
Scrambled Eggs (I use 5 eggs, 6 egg whites, and a splash of milk to make mine)
Low Fat Shredded Cheese
Turkey Bacon (I love making mine in the oven)
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. This helps with clean up!
Now it’s time to whip up your bacon and eggs. I always make my bacon in the oven, so I don’t get grease all over my burners. While my bacon’s cooking I begin to whip up my eggs. In a large pan sauté the onions and spinach. Once they’re cooked add all the eggs and eggs whites and scramble them until they are all cooked.
While the eggs are cooking arrange the crescent rolls so that they look like this…
You want the edges to overlap a bit.
Once the eggs are done put them on top of the wreath. It is okay if they fall in the center. Trust me it will still come out fine.
Place the cooked bacon over the eggs and place the cheese on top. Use as much as you want, or you don’t have to use it at all. Then grab the top of the crescent rolls and bring the top the center. I always try to overlap them a bit so they stay.
Now it’s time to place your wreath in the oven until your dough is golden brown.
Cut into slices and enjoy!
