Black Bean Corn Salsa

While preparing for  E and L’s birthday bbq, I decided to start sifting through some of my favorite entertaining recipes. This salsa recipe is delicious and super easy. I got this one from my Aunt Susie and it sure is a crowd pleaser!  You can add whatever you want to make this your own.

Here is what I used this time:

2 Cans Black Beans

1 package (16oz) sweet corn (I like the to use organic frozen corn, but feel free to use canned if that is what you have on hand).

1 Small Can Diced Jalapeños

1/2 Packet Vinaigrette Seasoning

2TBSP Olive Oil

3TBSPs Apple Cider Vinegar

You can omit the jalapeños if you want to tone down the kick.

Rinse the beans and put them in a bowl, and add your corn and jalapeños. Next, add the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and vinaigrette seasoning. Mix everything together and BAM you have quick homemade salsa!

Hope you enjoy this as much as my family does!
